On the most recent episode of the FutureSox Podcast Ian Eskridge and James Fox discuss the recent hiring of David Keller as yet another Special Asst. to the GM, but he is apparently being put in charge of overseeing the International Scouting Department. They also talked about the bombs dropped on White Sox fans by Britt Ghiroli/Ken Rosenthal, the article by Keith Law on the state of the Sox development.
They took a look at recent call-ups/possible additions of Sean Burke and Edgar Quero, along with the acquisition off waivers of RP Ron Marinaccio from the Yankees. They closed with a look/retrospective of the Kannapolis Cannon Ballers Championship series and the ongoing Birmingham Barons playoffs.

They walked with Jim through some of the changes in the Top 100 and Top 30 in the MLB Pipeline lists for the White Sox. They open with the current state of the White Sox and how ugly it has gotten.
They then move to the White Sox pick at #5, Hagen Smith, and what he brings to the table, and how he changes the outlook for the Sox rotation in the near future. They run through what the expectations for Colson Montgomery should be going forward, how his ranking changed, and whether White Sox fans should be worried about his prospects of becoming a star on the SouthSide.
